FAQs
Common questions about getting started, what to expect, and how we work with athletes who train consistently.
Submit the contact form above or call us at (336) 252-8282. We'll have a quick conversation about your training, what's going on, and whether we're a good fit. If it makes sense to move forward, we'll get you scheduled for a one-on-one evaluation in PT Everywhere, our scheduling system.
We're in-network with Aetna. For other insurance, we're primarily cash-based but provide superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA. We'll talk through all of this during your initial call so there are no surprises.
Bring athletic clothing you can move comfortably in, something you'd train in works great. If you have videos of movements that cause pain or recent training logs, those can be helpful too. We'll handle the rest.
In most cases, yes. We don't typically tell people to stop training altogether. Instead, we adjust what you're doing so you can keep moving while we work through the pain, fix mechanics, and build capacity. That's part of the I3 Model we follow.
It depends on what's going on, how long it's been an issue, and your training goals. Some people notice progress within a few visits, while others need more time to work through mechanics and performance phases. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your evaluation based on your specific situation.
