I came to Dr. Levi after experiencing persistent back pain that was affecting both my professional and personal life. Dr. Levi took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and listen to my concerns, explaining every step of the treatment process in clear and understandable terms. This approach immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence that I was in capable hands.

Throughout my treatment, Dr. Levi customized exercises specifically to my needs and progressively adjusted the plan as I improved, ensuring I was always challenged yet comfortable. Her keen attention to detail, combined with her emphasis on proper technique, played a crucial role in my recovery. Equally noteworthy was her ability to motivate and encourage me, making each session something I looked forward to rather than a chore.

Dr. Levi’s holistic approach and commitment to seeing her patients regain their full mobility and strength is truly inspiring. After several weeks of therapy, my back is stronger, and my pain has significantly decreased. I am grateful not only for the physical healing I achieved but also for the knowledge I gained on how to maintain my health moving forward.

My experience with Dr. Lauren was amazing! I came to her with back pain that I had been struggling with for years as a gymnast. I had tried so many other options (massage therapy, Rolfing, a chiropractor, and even pt at another clinic). I had actually started to believe I would have to live with the pain forever and never be able to enjoy gymnastics in the same way again. I was wrong. I am finally seeing major improvements, and I’m starting to feel like myself again. Lauren always made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. I actually looked forward to my sessions because I found each one incredibly value and also a lot of fun! Each session started with me sharing about how my body was feeling that week. After the initial check in and conversation, Lauren did dry needling (because I found it very helpful). From there, we moved onto exercises that were tailored to me and my treatment plan. Lauren was always very encouraging throughout. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lauren and Kinetic Performance and Rehab. It has truly changed my life!

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from Kernersville athletes.

How do you help athletes stay in training during rehab?

We adjust volume, intensity, and movement patterns based on where you are in recovery. Most athletes continue training with modifications while we address mechanics and build capacity back up.

What's the I3 Model you mention?

The I3 Model guides our process: calm the injury, fix incomplete mechanics, and build incident-ready performance. It's our framework for helping you get out of pain and stay out long-term.

Do you work with runners training for races?

Yes. Many Kernersville runners work with us while training for marathons, half marathons, and ultras. We help manage volume, address biomechanics, and keep you progressing toward race day.

Can you help with strength training injuries?

Absolutely. We work with barbell athletes, powerlifters, and strength-focused trainees dealing with hip, back, shoulder, and knee pain under load. We understand programming and help you lift safely.

What happens after I'm back to full training?

Many athletes transition to our Performance Care visits, monthly check-ins to stay ahead of issues, adjust training loads, and maintain the mechanics we built during rehab.
