Our process
In depth running assessment:
Too many runners are assessed on tables. We'll assess top to bottom mobility, strength, stability as well as your running mechanics. Injuries are often multifactorial so we'll use this opportunity to dive deep into your mechanics.

Address ALL phases of the cycle and not just the injury stage where most PT stops.

Injury (treating local tissue and triggers)

Incomplete mechanics (addressing deficits in strength, ROM, stability, and addressing run specific mechanics )
